UPDATE!!!

We have had a busy couple of weeks it is hard to even know where to begin.

*Luke and Mackenzie both had 2 weeks of swim classes. I am so glad they are over b/c waking them up from naps to get to East Plano by 4:30 really took a toll on behavior. Luke improved so much since last year and I am really thinking about signing him up year round in August so I don't have to worry about him so much in our pool. Mackenzie was over it after the first couple days. The classes for babies are so boring!

*We got to go to Olivia Foleys baptism Saturday. It was great seeing Trisha and Ryan and of course OLIVIA> she is such a sweet little thing. It was also great to see the Walkers. It seems like forever and I can't believe how big Jarrod was. I swear the last time I saw him he was maybe 3!

*Mother's Day was great. Matt, Luke and Mackenzie made me breakfast and got me the cutest notepads. They know I have to write everything down now, so they thought it needed to be done in style. Matt also took the kids grocery shopping so I could go for a run!

*Matt's birthday was the Monday following Mother's Day. My gift to him is to go golfing this weekend and the kids got him a tennis racket. Luke was so proud. We also made him chocolate cake and the kids loved cleaning the bowl after!

*Luke is still loving t-ball. He is hitting great and really getting the flow of the game down. He really does have a great coach which I think helps!

*This mourning while I was packing lunch for the park, my 2 angels decided to get into the art paint! When I walked upstairs to get Mackenzie dressed they turned around covered from head to toe in BROWN paint. Yes, I should have dropped everything to get the camera, but was worried about the white carpet that was already covered in paint as well. I threw the kids in the bathtub ran downstairs to get the steam cleaner and scrubbed floors and walls the rest of the morning. Of course we never made it to the park and they will both be going down for an early nap. I love that no matter how high the paint is...Luke always finds a way to get it down.

*I am offically going to attempt to run a marathon in Decemeber. I am really excited. It is my gift to myself for my 30th birthday! So, Saturday morning long runs here I come. I ran 8 this past Saturday and really needed that in order for my mind to believe that 26.2 wasn't too much!

I wish you would come run the Denver Marathon! You could make it a girls weekend. I bet you could get ready by Oct. 18th. If Jen starts running, she could come, I bet Haley would run it. We could make it a volleyball reunion.
