Luke and Mackenzie both caught the stomach bug yesterday. Luke never made it to gymnastics. He got sick literally 5 minutes before class started. So we headed home for a nap and fluids. He napped well, but couldn't hold the fluids down. Lets just leave it at that! Mackenzie seemed to be doing great until 5:00. Then she was down for the count. So, yesterday my day consisted of holding, nurturing and steam cleaning. Mackenzie was in bed by 6:45 and Luke at 8:00.
The night was awful! I lost count of how many times I was up. Not b/c anyone was getting sick but b/c they were both so thirsty. That is good news b/c I don't think I could handle a second day of two kids with the bug. Wish me luck on getting some sleep today. I hope at some point both kids nap at the same time! Besides sleep I need to get ready for my dad's birthday dinner this weekend, Mackenzie birthday party for next weekend and a craft project for Saturday's neighborhood fall bash! Busy, busy!
No new pictures of the kiddos today. Just didn't have time. But here are both kids pictures at 11 months!

on no! sick kids are the worst, but when they are puking...that's a whole other story. you need to be careful that you don't get it. you ARE busy!
